EidanThen e9cb1edf59 chore: ignora datos pesados ORS y limpia indice 
- Agrega .gitignore raiz para elevation_cache, graphs, *.pbf, *.gh, *.zip, node_modules, dist, .angular
- git rm --cached de ~77 archivos binarios (1.7GB) trackeados previamente
- Archivos permanecen en disco pero ya no se trackean ni se subiran a Gitea
